14th Annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival Plans Four Delicious Days

by

Get ready for four days of culinary delights.

The annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival has returned with celebrity chef events, wine tastings, kids cooking classes, demonstrations and much more.

Tickets are on sale now for the Dec. 9-12 extravaganza which includes more than 20 events in various venues in the county.

Four multi-course dinners are on tap, including The First Bite, a family-style meal and pairings by Ridge Vineyards. Host chef Clay Conley and visiting chefs Tony Mantuano, Brandon McGlamery and Marc Murphy will create their magic at the Buccan kitchen.

Lunches abound as well, including A Mexican Lunch, a four-course meal — complete with tequila pairings. Guests will be treated to culinary delights from host chef Julien Gremaud and guest chefs Jose Garces and Beau MacMillan, who will create modern takes on classic Mexican dishes.

Want to learn to craft cocktails? Join The Parched Pig’s host chef Tim Lipman, mixologist Katy Galluccio, chef Anita Lo and “bar chef” Christiaan Röllich who will teach participants to create three cocktails to celebrate the holidays with seasonal flavors.

The event wraps up at Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach with a day-long celebration complete with book readings and signings; cooking demos; interactive classes; and the annual Grand Chef Throwdown.
