Simply Refreshing

Inspiration comes in many shapes and forms. 

For Pura Vida eatery founders Omer and Jennifer Horev, it was sparked by travels around the globe and recipes shared by friends and family.

The result? Signature items including avocado toast dishes, açaí bowls created with raw organic Brazilian açaí, bowls like Mango Salmon, Spicy Tuna and Vegan Lentil and salads like Jen’s Herb Salad. Also on the diverse menu: superfood smoothies, fresh juices and wraps, along with gluten-free and vegan sweet treats.

The 2,500-square-foot light and airy wellness hub, recently opened in Rosemary Square in West Palm Beach, is the brand’s sixth location. 

“We are so excited about the debut of our West Palm Beach location, especially in such a walkable area like Rosemary Square,” CEO Omer Horev says in a press release.
