La Cocina Coctelería Pours Out New Offerings

by

La Cocina Coctelería is the ultimate place to say ”cheers.”

The Hialeah cocktail bar is always coming up with something new — and this time it’s rolling out some imaginative pours.

For the tequila lover: the Que Cute, featuring Sauza Tequila, Triple Sec and guava, the Brujería, with Sauza Tequila, Ancho Reyes, jalapeño, and Fevertree grapefruit soda and the Mucho Mucho Mezcal with a cantaloupe-infused Montelobos Mezcal, Midori and sour mix.

Bourbon lovers will appreciate the Ay Que Feo cocktail, prepared with Old Forester Bourbon, Aperol, passionfruit and pineapple. The Island vibe comes alive with the Cocolito, prepared with Rumhaven, Coco Lopez, mint and lime. Then there is the El Burrito Sabanero with its blend of Voli 305, lime juice, mango and ginger beer. And don’t forget to try the Pata Sucia Punch, a blended variety of rums, brandy, passionfruit and fruit juices.

But that’s not all. The Sapingoso cocktail is made with butterfly pea flower-infused Fords Gin and Crème de Violette and the one-of-a-kind Nooo Que Bueno contains a heady mix of Brugal 1888, sweet vermouth, cold brew coffee and tobacco bitters.

La Cocina Coctelería is located at 1000 East 16th St., Miami. For more information, visit www.kushhospitality.com/locations/la-cocina.
