Talk About A Touchdown

Las Olas Welcomes Bo’s Pub By Kim Bokamper

by

Former Miami Dolphin Kim Bokamper is on a roll.

Not only does he own – with his partners at PDKN Restaurant Group – five Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill locations, Bo’s Beach and The Balcony, but he’s just added an eighth concept to his portfolio.

Bo’s Pub, billed as “a new level of sports bar,” according to a press release, just opened last month on Las Olas below The Balcony, a New Orleans-inspired venue with live music.

“We’ve become a growing brand for all types of sports fans,” says Bokamper in a press release. “Our guests said they wanted a sports bar on Las Olas, so we are giving them an incredible, one-of-a-kind pub.”

Patrons will find a comfortable atmosphere outfitted with gas lamps, pub signs, many TVs and – perhaps most importantly – a giant LED screen that’s nearly 12 feet wide and 5 feet high (the largest on Las Olas) for catching the big game.

With Executive Chef Simon Porter at the helm, the menu of American favorites is anything but boring. Choices range from appetizers like Reuben Eggrolls and Bo’s Buffalo Wings to burgers and handhelds like The Beyond Burger and Short Rib Tacos to main plates like Bangers ‘n’ Mash and Grilled Salmon.

Open for lunch and dinner, Bo’s Pub offers lunch specials and Happy Hour specials on weekdays. Those looking to stop in for a football game this fall will be pleased to know that bucket specials are available all day, every day.

Bottoms up!

Bo’s Pub is located at 1309 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. For more information, call 754-200-6344 or visit bospublasolas.com.
