The Deck At Island Gardens Serves Up Joy

The Deck at Island Gardens is serving up Sunset Society Happy Hour. On tap: signature cocktails and a new bar bites menu. 

“Dig into mouthwatering Mediterranean-inspired delicacies while mega yachts go by at this central Miami destination. You can also raise a glass of Veuve Clicquot, or one of their signature cocktails, just as the sun goes down,” notes a press release.

“Indulge in everyone’s favorite Ibiza Mama, a creative combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Grand Marnier, white peach juice, fresh strawberries and orange slices or the popular Passion-ista with Cachaça, passion fruit purée, lemon juice, rose water and edible rose petals.” 

Food choices are just as tempting:  Smoked Cobia Fish Dip, Warm Marinated Olives, Hummus and Whipped Feta and Kettle Chips & Sour Cream Dip to name a few.

At the helm of all this goodness is the eatery’s new chef Miguel Fajardo, a Culinary Institute of America grad. 

The Deck at Island Gardens has also introduced the Chilled from the Sea option which allows guests to select from a display of seafood including shrimp, clams, king crab legs, lobster tails and more — which a server transforms into a custom seafood tower.
