Echo in Palm Beach is ready for the new year – with a revamp that transformed nearly every inch of the eatery, run by The Breakers Palm Beach.

Diners will appreciate the modern, sleek design, featuring bold colors, wood paneling, metallic accents and textured wall treatments. Bright red accents in the Dragonfly Lounge add a touch of drama, while the alfresco spaces (on the front terrace and in the back garden) were enhanced to permit dining during the summer. 

“Echo’s redesign coincides with our 20th anniversary in January 2020,” says Nick Velardo, The Breakers’ vice president of food and beverage, in a press release. “We are excited to reveal our fresh new look. While visitors will be greeted with a more contemporary style, they can expect to experience the same great menu, service and casual sensibility that Echo has become known for.”

The menu offers specialties of China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea, highlighting five key elements: Wind (small plates to begin), Water (sushi, seafood and shellfish), Fire (creations from the wok), Earth (meat and poultry) and Flavor (desserts and sweets).
