Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach Returns
In Its Second Year, Event Features The Work Of 22 Design Firms
Palm Beach was blessed last year when the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, a longtime tradition in New York, decided to branch out to our corner of paradise with a second event here. Now, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is back for its second year, showcasing the dazzling work of 22 of the most prominent design firms in the country.
The 10,000-square-foot mansion, located at 6215 S. Flagler Drive along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm beach’s South of Southern neighborhood, is open now through Feb. 20. Event proceeds will benefit both Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
“The Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York has served as a cornerstone of the design community for more than four decades, and we are thrilled to open our doors in Palm Beach for a second year,” said James Druckman, President and CEO of the New York Design Center, and President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We are so grateful for this incredible group of designers who have come from all over the country to showcase their designs while also raising critical programming funds for the 18,000 children served by both organizations.”
The designers worked to transform their individual spaces in just under four months, and design enthusiasts and novices alike are sure to be inspired by this eye candy, complete with luxe wall treatments, beautiful furnishings and bold use of color.
Participating designers include Andres Paradelo of Paradelo Burgess Design Studio in collaboration with Jobe Lopez of Lopez Group, Inc.; Peter Dunham of Peter Dunham Design; Cindy Rinfret of Rinfret, Ltd., Interior Design and Decoration; Mark Williams and Niki Papadopoulos from Mark Williams Design Associates; Lee W. Robinson and Kyle Johnson of the The Lee W. Robinson Company; David Scott of David Scott Interiors; David Phoenix of David Phoenix Interior Designs; Lee Ann Thornton of Lee Ann Thornton Interiors; Vasi Ypsilantis of Vasi Ypsilantis Design Associates; Jessica Schuster of Jessica Schuster Design; Leanne Yarn of Yarn Design Associates; Tina Anastasia of Mark P. Finlay Interiors; and Billy Ceglia of Billy Ceglia Designs.
