We all know Boca is full of fine dining and top-notch restaurants, but I think it’s finally time to talk about the most important part of the meal: dessert!

Duck Donuts

With logo-embellished yellow rubber duckies lying around, a stunning donut bar and brightly colored walls, it’s easy to get distracted from the most important part of Duck Donuts: the actual donuts themselves!

If you’re feeling inspired, you can create your own warm, delicious donut in just a matter of minutes. Start with a bare chocolate or vanilla cake donut, coat it with one of 11 different coating options, like cinnamon sugar, peanut butter and maple, then garnish it with unique toppings, like chopped bacon and shredded coconut. Finish it off with a drizzle of hot fudge, marshmallow, or salted caramel.

If you’re not feeling like a chef and just want to stick to the basics, keep it simple and order from the menu. Fan favorites include the Cookies & Cream, Cinnamon Sugar and Maple Bacon donuts. Each one of these cake donuts is beautifully decorated, making them almost too pretty to eat. However, once the smell of these fresh-baked goodies reaches you, you won’t be able to help yourself.

Having been serving up deliciousness all over South Florida in Tamarac, Westchester, Davie and Hollywood, this gem has finally opened a location in our beloved Boca Raton. Known for its incredibly creative flavor combinations, this shop delivers perfection on everything from their Cinnamon Toast and Baklava cookies to their famed Peanut Butter Sea Salt Caramel flavor.

Midnight Cookies & Cream is dedicated to using the best ingredients available, never freezing their dough and providing customers with an amazing service experience. The inside of the shop is jam-packed with otherworldly space décor, which is quite fitting because their cookies really are out of this world. Usually open until midnight, the shop keeps cooking until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday so they can be sure to satisfy those late-night, weekend cravings.

Parlour Vegan Bakery

Whether you’re looking for cakes, cupcakes, donuts or empanadas, Parlour Vegan Bakery is the place to go. One peek at their aesthetically pleasing Instagram (@parlourvegan) will have you in the car on your way over before you know what hit you. With seasonal menus, this spot is constantly coming up with new flavors to keep customers coming back for more.

With unique options like their house-made Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (sold by the pound), Brown Butter White Chocolate Latte, and 21 flavors of cupcakes, it’s pretty much impossible to go wrong with any selection you make off of their menu. If there’s one question I have for Cinnaholic, it’s how did I not hear about you sooner? This place is every child’s dream come true with monstrous cinnamon rolls flavored with everything their hearts could ever desire. From the Spiced Praline Roll to the Late Night Roll, the only thing more spectacular than the flavors themselves is the artful display with which they’re delivered to you.

For all you cookie dough fanatics, a whole portion of this menu is dedicated to 10 products featuring all things cookie-dough inspired. Whether you’re looking for a full tub or just a scoop, you’ll be happy with the creative combinations offered.

Current seasonal items include the Hot Chocolate Roll and Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. If you’re having trouble choosing just one flavor, check out the Baker’s Box.
