Formula 1 Grand Prix In Miami For The Third Consecutive Year

by

Motorsport enthusiasts from around the globe will head to Miami during the first weekend of May to witness the pinnacle of auto racing at the 2024 Formula One World Championship’s Miami Grand Prix.

Taking place at the Miami International Autodrome (MIA) from May 3-5, this three-day adrenaline-fueled event promises more than thrilling races. Attendees can immerse themselves in world-class entertainment, captivating art displays and offerings from Miami’s vibrant culinary scene.

This year’s music lineup, curated by the Hard Rock Beach Club, boasts performances by Grammy Award-winner singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, DJ John Summit and six-time Grammy Award winner Marc Anthony, who will perform the national anthem on May 5. For food enthusiasts, dining options include 4 Rivers Smokehouse, Benihana, Edgewater Grille, Forno Pizza, June, Paperfish and Valhalla Grill, as well as a variety of bars like Ferrari Trento Bar, Heineken 300 Level Bar, Jack Daniels Bar and Monkey Shoulder Bar.

Driving cutting-edge race cars are, of course, McLaren’s Lando Norris, Mercedes-AMG’s seven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton and Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen. Cars are expected to reach speeds of nearly 200 miles per hour on the 3.35-mile, 19-turn track on the MIA, an autodrome called custom-built track adjacent to Miami Gardens’ Hard Rock Stadium.

Miami, hosting the race for the third consecutive year, is just one stop on the 24-race season that commenced on March 2 with the Bahrain Grand Prix and will conclude in Abu Dhabi in November.
