Planned Renovations Include New Dining Experiences
Boca West Country Club is known for its premier dining experiences. From Prime Cut’s sophisticated atmosphere and menu to Mr. D’s 19th Hole Restaurant, where residents can grab a quick bite after a round of golf, Boca West has delivered.
During the last six months, members have adapted, and the club was able to support them by getting needed products through its Market-To-Go, The Pantry. Pre-ordering and scheduled pickups at the club took on a whole new meaning. The culinary staff prepared several hundred to-go meals daily. Members also were able to learn how to prepare one of the chef’s meals.
“The package included all the ingredients, step-by-step instructions along with a link to watch the chef prepare the same meal,” says Matthew Linderman, CCM, president and COO. “That was a fun success for us. Members shared their final dish, and we shared it on social media.”
A Grab-N-Go Market Café concept is being incorporated into the club’s planned $45 million renovation, which will include a significant update to the Aquatics Center, Sports Complex and dining destinations. MyPi Restaurant will receive a new bar with expanded dining availability and an open-concept kitchen featuring sushi and pizza bars. The Onyx Bar will be enlarged with an outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking the golf and pool areas.
Mr. D’s 19th Hole Restaurant will be significantly enhanced with indoor and outdoor dining and an upgraded louvered roof structure covering the patio with added golf bays for hitting balls while dining.
A whole new experience for Mr. D’s is coming and will be available for daytime instructional use and evening fun activities.
“We have, and will continue to create, a safe haven, along with the luxury of living in a private country club community, while growing new exciting opportunities for our members,” says Linderman.
