Wendy Kupfer is a seasoned professional with decades of experience guiding clients. As a real estate agent with Balistreri Real Estate, Kupfer helps buyers and sellers navigate Palm Beach County’s luxury real estate market.

Kupfer has built a reputation based on integrity and exceptional client experience. When representing buyers in their search for properties, Kupfer works diligently to find that special property, whether it be in a country club community or a waterfront estate. When representing sellers, she develops an extensive marketing plan to sell the house for the highest price and in the shortest amount of time. She then leverages her negotiating skills and neighborhood expertise to give her clients an edge over the competition.

Kupfer’s background is in financial services as a former private banker with JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup Private Bank. She treats every client like family and provides an exceptional client experience — a cornerstone of private banking.

“When you’re dealing with high-net worth clients, they expect a certain level of service, confidentiality and trust,” says Kupfer. “It resembles the experience a realtor should provide to a client.”

She works with a limited number of clients at one time.

“It’s difficult to provide amazing service and communication when you are dealing with 12 transactions at once. I pride myself on being available for my clients; it’s real estate by relationship. I don’t work with an assistant and I am at every showing. When you hire me, you get me,” says Kupfer.

Originally from Philadelphia, Kupfer has lived in Palm Beach County for 35 years, raising her children here. She has held positions on multiple nonprofit boards, including first female president of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton.
