Jody Petiya Leads Experienced Full-Service Design Team
Jody Petiya enjoys welcoming visitors to Brown.
“We have a beautiful new state-of-the-art showroom, where you can see and touch all sorts of fabrics, fixtures and furnishings and talk to our experienced professionals,” says Petiya, Director of Design for the full-service Boca Raton firm.
Last year, the family-owned company rebranded to highlight its design services. Brown also completely renovated its expansive 10,000-square-foot facility, making room for more product lines, along with large-screen monitors, 3-D displays and high-tech workspaces.
“It’s easy to look at your options and create a look that is just perfect for your home,” she says.
She joined the firm in 1991 after earning her design degree and running her own design business.
“I really enjoy working here because we have a great collaborative culture that focuses on personalized client service,” says Petiya, who also collaborates with the design team and liaises with management. “In fact, I’m still working with many of my original clients, on their second, third or fourth homes.”
Over the years, Brown has evolved and offers a comprehensive range of services from start to finish for new construction and remodeling projects. Along with advising on all the elements of interior design, the company’s professionals provide turnkey delivery and installation service – an important consideration for seasonal and part-time residents.
“While our firm has been in business for more than 40 years, we constantly invest in the latest technology as well as continuing education and training for our team of licensed designers,” Petiya says.
Brown is open Monday through Friday and Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
