But they also strive to resolve marital and child custody disputes in a way that protects the interests of the client’s children and financial assets, utilizing collaborative principles. 

“We handle many highly complex divorce matters for high-net-worth clients,” says Varsegi. “In every case, we listen to our clients, identify their goals and develop a customized strategy.”

As mothers themselves, the attorneys understand the importance of balancing the interests of children, parents and careers, adds Williams.

Horowitz, Varsegi and Williams founded HVW Law Group in 2017 after beginning their legal careers in marital and family law in both the public and private sectors. They met early in their careers, prior to joining the private sector, where they all served the State of Florida as trial attorneys working with children and families on cases of child abuse, abandonment and neglect.
