As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon for more than 20 years, John R. Pasqual, D.M.D., PA, of Delray Beach practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His patient-centered private practice focuses on oral surgery and rehabilitation, dental implants, oral pathology, cancer screenings, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery of the mouth and face.

“Everything revolves around the patient so they can feel comfortable,” says Dr. Pasqual.

Dr. Pasqual’s staff is trained in IV sedation within their state-of-the-art office, which offers private rooms and a relaxing setting for each patient. They have recently incorporated several lasers in the practice for surgical cases, which is less painful and provides for faster recovery times. The office is also using Platelet Rich Fibrin to accelerate the healing of soft and hard tissue.

Dr. Pasqual graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and received his post-graduate training in surgery as well as anesthesia at Case Western Reserve University, MetroHealth Medical Center, a level I trauma center where he served as chief resident. Well published in journals such as Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Anesthesia and Analgesia with over 350 citations and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, his credentials are impressive.

With an interest in giving back to the community, Dr. Pasqual is a member of the Board of Directors for Bethesda Hospital East and West which are part of Baptist Health South Florida. He is past chair of the Bethesda Hospital Foundation and currently sits on the quality and safety committee for Baptist Health. Branching out from our local community, he is a trustee of the Florida Dental Association and sits on the Board of Directors for iCoreConnect, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ which helps facilitate workflow efficiency in the healthcare industry.
