Real estate and family attorney Tammy B. Saltzman, founder of TBS Law, P.A., launched Secure Title & Escrow Services, LLC on July 1 with longtime employee turned business partner licensed title agent Samantha Ameno.

“This is part of my succession planning, so that when I retire, Samantha will be running the company,” Saltzman says. “I’m the rainmaker. I’m the one who brings in the business and Samantha is the one who maintains the business.”

The dynamic duo has a combined 50-plus years of real estate experience. Saltzman worked in real estate prior to going to law school and Ameno has 20 years under her belt as a licensed title agent in Florida.

Located in Boca Raton, Secure Title & Escrow Services offers title insurance and escrow services for residential and commercial real estate. TBS Law will remain in business, so Saltzman will continue representing buyers and sellers and assisting commercial transactions with due diligence. TBS Law also offers legal services for probate and family law matters.

Saltzman prides herself in going the extra mile for clients. Not only is she available by phone seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., but she, or a mobile notary, have gone to homes, airports, hospitals and even jails to get signatures. The firm has remote online notary capabilities as well.

“I’m an attorney on speed dial,” she says. “We want to have the backs of our Realtors^®. We want the client to rely on us more than they rely on their agent. Our goal is to help agents grow their practice by offering red carpet service so that they look like rockstars. The last touch that the buyer or seller has is at the closing.”

Saltzman will do whatever she has to do to get the keys to exchange hands. “I’m an outside the box problem solver, so I always believe that when you have a buyer who wants to buy and a seller that wants to sell, there’s always a way to make a deal happen,” she says.

As a RWorld^® Leadership Graduate (2022), she looks forward to giving back and helping to make a difference in her community. Saltzman hopes to begin teaching courses as a new faculty member of Florida Realtors^® once she passes her auditions.
