In her newest endeavor, Javor and her partner and broker, Ben Schachter, recently opened a new downtown Boca Raton office, centrally situated to serve clients in luxury properties throughout the region. Javor’s motto is to only take a dozen listings at a time and to focus on getting them sold as quickly as possible.
“Along with a team of 11 top-quality agents, they offer a very effective marketing program that consistently delivers great results for sellers in the high-end luxury market,” she says. “In many cases, I have found the right buyer for one of our multimillion-dollar listings in less than one month.”
Javor started her career as a commodities trader at age 18 and spent 25 years in the fast-paced financial sector. After helping a friend with a real estate transaction, she shifted gears to her “second calling” and has never looked back.
As a single mom, she understands the importance of making every minute count.
“I always pick up the phone,” she says. “If I’m busy, I’ll call back right away. I will show my listings at any time, and I am always talking about real estate wherever I go.”
