Attorney Robin I. Bresky has dedicated herself to appellate law, handling civil, administrative and criminal appeals as well as providing litigation and trial support. For nearly 20 years, she and her team of experienced attorneys have crafted appeals for their clients.

“We read the trial record, determine the important information and craft a compelling written argument,” Bresky says. “When seeking to affirm or overturn a trial court’s ruling, it’s vital to get an objective view of the matter.” 

Since founding her Boca Raton firm, The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, in 2000, she has steadily built a statewide practice, handling both state and federal appeals. Her firm recently added estate planning services alongside its longtime focus on “black letter” appellate law and litigation support for personal injury, commercial cases, family law and other matters. Prior to opening her firm, Bresky was a prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. 

A recognized leader in the legal profession, Bresky serves on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar and is a former president of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations. She is also past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers at both the state and chapter level and past president of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Bresky has written numerous professional articles on appellate law and has served on the board of Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County for 12 years. 

On Jan. 23, her firm will present Bresky Bash 2020: A Concert for Community, raising funds for the legal aid society. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. for this high-energy musical show at Mizner Park Amphitheater, and food trucks will be available. Decades Rewind will present a 90-minute crowd-pleasing, “dancin’ in your seats” concert with top hits from the ’80s back to the ’60s.
