A Memorable Dining Experience Every Day

Located in a private residential community where the clientele is exclusively residents and their invited guests, The Oak Room at The Oaks at Boca Raton restaurant and bar shakes it up with unique offerings and a new ambiance every day of the week.

The casual fine-dining restaurant, which features first-class service, always has a selection of staple dishes including signature pastas, steaks and freshly caught fish as well as healthy, organic options.

Themed nights like taco Tuesday, sushi Wednesdays and a lively brunch on Sundays – complete with a build-your-own waffle station – make every day at The Oak Room a fun and unforgettable experience.

Bananas Flambé dessert is made table side, employing a small torch on a bubbling pan of bananas, dark brown sugar and rich banana liqueur.

Guests enjoy weekday happy hour, live music on Saturdays and entertainment on Sundays. There’s even dining alfresco poolside at tables and cabanas with smaller bites like Mini Lobster Rolls and an assortment of flatbreads.

The impresario who created this dining oasis is Bronx native, owner and Executive Chef Dominick. Cooking and entertaining are passions for the chef, who is at the restaurant every day selecting menu items and crafting the daily specials.

“My way of cooking is traditional but in a modern way,” he says.

He’s responsible for the decadent specialty pasta dishes, such as the Blackened Shrimp Scampi, made with lemon butter; the rich Vodka Penne, with prosciutto; and the Lobster Mac and Cheese.

Chef Dominick says he wanted to create a true neighborhood restaurant and bar that encourages socializing and celebration. The Oak Room hosts events poolside, including an end-of-summer pool party with a la carte barbecue poolside and a full-service outdoor bar.

“We have after-work events and people out on a date night,” says Chef Dominick. “I describe it as a higher-end Cheers. It’s a place where everyone knows the staff, and the atmosphere is very personable.”

The chef is very active in the community, participating in March of Dimes charity events, and he says he’s excited about doing even more for the community and in the restaurant.
