Nancy Weingard Is A Woman At The Top Of The Wealth Management Profession

Nancy Weingard has been positively impacting the lives of clients for over 25 years while at Raymond James, where she is a Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Wealth Management.

Once again, she has been recognized by Forbes as a 2021 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor, a distinction held by approximately 1 percent of Financial Advisors nationally, as well as a Forbes Top Woman Wealth Advisor in the United States.

“Educating and taking the time to help clients become financially empowered is the foundation of every client conversation,” says Weingard, who has written extensively about divorced and widowed women. These women face unique uphill challenges and benefit from working with someone who knows how to help them turn the page into the next chapter of their lives.

A former college professor of early childhood development, Weingard’s clear communication and understanding of family dynamics are second nature.

As a past president of the Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, Weingard prioritizes working closely with estate planning attorneys and tax advisors to ensure that each client family has an intergenerational wealth transfer plan that keeps the most money with the family and clearly follows their wishes.

She raised her two sons, Aron and Robert, in Boca Raton – and they have joined her in Weingard Wealth Management after careers in strategy consulting at KPMG LLP and management at Enterprise Holdings, respectively.

“Together, we help our clients elevate their market perspective and gain context to make important financial decisions,” expressed Weingard. All three earned the title of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, the premier wealth management designation. “My sons are enabling us to build a legacy and continuity for our clients,” she says. “We have a multigenerational practice that will be here for decades.”

What makes Nancy and Weingard Wealth Management unique is their ability to have long-standing multigenerational client relationships across the country. This stems from their dedication to their clients, taking the time to ensure that all aspects of a family’s financial life are thoroughly planned. The team has an uncanny ability to explain sophisticated planning in a clear manner that helps inspire confidence.

Tash Elwyn, CEO of Raymond James & Associates, reflected, “It’s remarkable when you step back and think about all of the good that Nancy has created for her clients and even more recently all of the good that will be created for generations to come by bringing both of her sons into the practice and profession.”
