The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program will be hosting its 7th Annual Palm Beach County Wine Dinner Event on Jan. 24 at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton.
Event co-chairs and Palm Beach County Leadership Council members Robbin Newman and Krista Rosenberg, Host Committee Chair Julie Peyton and the event host committee will welcome more than 250 to celebrate the seventh anniversary of the event and 22 years of mentoring in South Florida.
Guests will enjoy live entertainment by the Original Studio 54 Band, silent and live auctions, cocktails and dinner. The event benefits the organization’s mentoring and scholarship programs for approximately 500 girls in public high schools in Boca Raton and throughout Palm Beach County.
The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program launched in Palm Beach County in 2003. It now supports at-risk girls through a network of more than 70 professional women who volunteer their time for monthly group mentoring sessions. The organization has been recognized on the floor of U.S. Congress nine times and has been ranked a 4-Star Charity by Charity Navigator for four consecutive years, an achievement reached by only 12 percent of the more than 7,000 charities rated nationally.
