Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, announced the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation at Town Center at Boca Raton.
The shopping center has added numerous customer amenities and updates, including dozens of comfortable seating lounges with charging stations; the Oak Tree Valet and luxury boutique entrance between Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue; a transformed Center Court with stone fountain; new flooring, including polished stone, tile and carpet; and sustainable LED lighting retrofitted throughout the mall. Other highlights include sculptural installations at the Bloomingdale’s Court fountain and Luxury Rotunda fountain (near Gucci and Louis Vuitton) and a chandelier over the Center Court fountain.
“This multi-phased renovation has enhanced the shopping center from floor to ceiling, all to better serve our loyal customers,” says Sal Saldana, general manager, Town Center at Boca Raton. “We have been committed to the community for nearly 40 years, and, with this significant redevelopment, I can confidently say that Boca just got better.”
Town Center at Boca Raton opened in 1980 and was acquired by Simon in 1998. Since then, Simon has continued to invest in the shopping center’s dramatic transformation.
Today, the mall offers premier fashion brands and vibrant dining options anchored by an unprecedented lineup of department stores, including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s.
New vendors have recently joined the retail lineup, including online brands Warby Parker and UNTUCKit. Future additions include La Boulangerie Boul’Mich and Joseph’s Classic Market. O
