JARC Florida, a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization that provides programs and services to educate and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is hosting the organization’s 38th Annual Gala on March 3 at 6 p.m. at the Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton.
The event, themed “Imagine the Future,” will celebrate the future of JARC, including the new Caryn J. Clayman Life Skills Center at the Lynne & Howard Halpern JARC Campus. During the program, JARC’s first annual Lynne & Howard Halpern Award for Champions of Special Needs will be introduced and presented to Toby & Leon Cooperman.
Lynne Halpern and Naomi & Richard Steinberg will serve as this year’s Gala Chairs, while Judy Rosen and Ronni Sommer are serving as Auction Co-Chairs for the event’s silent auction and raffle. Raffle tickets are $100 each, and prizes include amazing experiences, including tickets to see Taylor Swift at Hard Rock Stadium, tickets to the 2024 U.S. Open Tennis Finals and a seven-night stay at a Tuscan villa.
