Florida Atlantic University’s Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters held the Culture, Arts and Society Today (CAST) Party at the Royal Palm Yacht Club in Boca Raton.
The Mardi Gras-themed party was a fundraiser for student scholarships. Guests were entertained with performances by musical theatre students, faculty pianists and violinists, the commercial music ensemble and a special appearance by FAU graduate pianist Marlow Rosado. Rosado won the Best Tropical Latin Album from the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2012.
