Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens hosted an outdoor showroom for one-of-a-kind, pre and-post war automobiles celebrating art, nature, history and country. The event honored Palm Beach County Gold Star families and local veterans.
Tours were held throughout the day by renowned automotive historians. Donald Osborn, CEO of the Audrian Museum in Newport, R.I. hosted a talk in the Gardens’ Outdoor Classroom titled “Early Landmarks in Automotive Engineering - Science & Art on the March.” The presentation covered the rapid advancements in automotive development, technical and aesthetic, from the late 1800s until WWII.
