If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy some time outdoors with your four-legged canine friend, check out Mizner Park. Boca Raton’s entertainment district is hosting Bark in the Park, a fun-filled event to benefit Tri-County Animal Rescue.
The event takes place Nov. 1 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. with check-in at the North Gazebo. Bark in the Park originally was to take place on National Pet Day April 11 but was postponed due to an outbreak of Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (CIRDC) in South Florida.
There will be music, photo booths to pose with your canine companion, caricature artists, doggie goodie bags (for your dog, not you) and even a dog psychic. Participating restaurants and retailers will offer complimentary sample appetizers for you and your furry friend.
