PS, the private luxury terminal service for commercial flights, will be coming to one of the busiest terminals in the country — Miami International Airport. The former Pan American regional headquarters is being revamped, but with a nod to the building’s past.
“We look forward to welcoming PS MIA and seeing the transformation of this historic building,” says Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava. “MIA is a world-class airport, so what better location to offer these wonderful world-class services than Pan Am’s former Miami headquarters, the epicenter of the aviation industry’s golden age.”
Guests will be treated to The Salon, where they can grab a cocktail and a bite, as well as a private suite with dedicated staff, chef-prepared meals, unlimited amenities and spa services. The best part? It’s far from the hustle and bustle of the airport.
When it’s time to board, members and guests will be brought through a private, on-site TSA screening followed by a BMW-chauffeured escort to the jet bridge of their flight. It’s the next best thing to flying on a private jet.
PS first started at LAX in California and will open in Miami in 2025. There also are plans for PS to be in Atlanta (ATL) this fall and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) in spring 2024.
“As the nation’s busiest airport for international passengers, with more flights to Latin America and the Caribbean than any other, MIA is an intuitive location for our expansion,” says Amina Belouizdad Porter, CEO of PS.
