The next time you head to Town Center at Boca Raton, be sure to bring the kids.
There’s a double treat in store at the mall: a new 1,600-square-foot indoor play space and the county's first Lego store.
Dubbed PLAY, the innovative recreational space is set to open this summer near Crate & Barrel.
“The design combines sculptural, abstract elements; soft textures; flowing forms; and open play opportunities to spark children’s imaginations,” notes a press release.
Kids can explore the arch rope ladder, social slide, wave recliner, rope-mesh deck, telescope, climbing staircase, climbing ramp, rope haul, play blocks, a secret tunnel and more.
The Lego store is scheduled to open in the fall with plenty of opportunities for interactive experiences.
“The LEGO store at Town Center at Boca Raton will deliver an immersive LEGO Brand experience with a wide LEGO product assortment, hands-on building, exclusive promotions and fun events,” says Burt Rachdorf of The LEGO Group in a press release. “Shoppers and children will encounter unique LEGO experiences like our Build a Minifigure tower and Pick and Build wall and plenty of inspiration.”
