2019 Taste of Italy

17th Annual Taste of Italy, a dinner and wine auction, will be held at Casa D’Angelo’s Fort Lauderdale location on June 4th at 6:00 p.m.

• Casa D’Angelo’s founder and chef, Angelo Elia along with his wife Denise, will close their Fort Lauderdale restaurant to graciously host the 17th annual A Taste of Italy benefitting girls at Pace Broward.

• The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a reception, followed by a fast-paced auction of premium wines and vacation/entertainment packages. The auction will be followed by a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Angelo.

• Since its inception, the event has proven extremely successful with tickets selling out every year. To date, Angelo Elia’s A Taste of Italy has helped raise nearly $1 million for services for girls at Pace Broward.

• Proceeds from A Taste of Italy help fund year round academic, counseling and life skills services for girls enrolled at Pace Center for Girls Broward.

• This year’s A Taste of Italy will be co-chaired by Paul Sallarulo and Richard Zaden.

• This year’s event will also honor Pace Center for Girls Broward’s long time supporter, board member and advocate, Penelope Blair.

DETAILS: The “Chianti” tickets are $350 per person and include the reception’s four-course dinner menu with wine specially selected by Chef Angelo. Sponsorship opportunities start at $1,500.
