ChildNet to host the 8th annual “Care for Kids” Luncheon on Tuesday, February 28th at the Woodfield Country Club from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• The Luncheon is an opportunity for the community to rally behind ChildNet, Palm Beach County’s Community-Based Care lead agency that protects abused, abandoned, and neglected children in the community and foster care system.

• During the Luncheon, ChildNet will present Dr. Heidi Schaeffer with the Champion for Children Award in recognition of her outstanding support of ChildNet and its commitment to Palm Beach County’s children in foster care.

• Marsh McLennan Agency also will be honored with the Community Advocate Award for its ongoing efforts to advocate, educate and volunteer on behalf of the children ChildNet serves.

• By supporting this event, you join hundreds of stakeholders who make ChildNet possible. Most of ChildNet’s budget is restricted to specific priorities. The funds raised from the “Care for Kids” event will provide ChildNet the flexibility to prioritize the needs of our children youth, and caregivers and take advantage opportunities that arise and react to unforeseen challenges.
