Comcast Cares Day 2019

Comcast is teaming up with the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County to “make change happen” and improve a local elementary school campus as part of the 18th annual Comcast Cares Day.

Local Comcast employees and their families, friends and community volunteers will work together to beautify the Forest Hill Elementary School campus, inside and out. Projects will include creating outdoor classrooms, planting a sensory garden for students with autism, enhancing green spaces and garden areas, painting murals, revamping the play courts of the outdoor PE area, giving the teachers’ lounge a makeover and more.

Members of the general public are invited to join. To sign up, visit www.ComcastintheCommunity.com, search for projects in West Palm Beach and select “Official Palm Beach County Project - Forest Hill Elementary School Revitalization.” Onsite registration will be available, but participants are encouraged to sign up beforehand to ensure they get a t-shirt. Project materials, breakfast, lunch and beverages will also be provided for all volunteers.
