Bring your drawings to a whole new level. Develop and sharpen your drawing skills with a velvety, water soluble pencil. Drawing from well lit, live still life subjects, we will address all aspects of drawing—line, shape, contour, value, perspective and composition. Using a brush with a water filled handle, you will learn to apply water to your completed drawings, intensifying or softening the values, adding a water color or ink like dimension while still retaining some of the qualities of drawing with graphite. This magical technique can be used for pre-painting value studies and works well with water soluble color or ink tense color pencils, as well. When you travel, this pencil and water filled brush can easily be your constant companions. All materials included.
