Easter Brunch Buffet at Riva

This Easter, hop on over to Riva, located at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort on Fort Lauderdale’s beachfront. The special brunch buffet will feature timeless favorites with a twist, including omelet and eggs benedict stations; pancake bar with fixings like strawberry compote and fresh whipped cream; seafood bar – offering snow crab claws, citrus poached shrimp, and cold water oysters – carving station offering pineapple and brown sugar glazed Country Ham and Rosemary Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri; entrees including Florida Grouper with roasted red pepper coulis and Chicken Florentine with creamed spinach and truffled parmesan; a decadent dessert bar; and more.
