This Easter Sunday, March 31, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates fresh, local ingredients and Spring flavors.
Chef Michael is hopping into the kitchen to craft Easter specials with fresh produce from local farms and even some ingredients harvested from our own organic gardens to complement our “never ever” proteins, meaning the animals have never been administered antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Making memories with the whole family? Make a reservation to enjoy our eggs-travagant brunch buffet upstairs in our grand ballroom. Reservations are required, available 10:30am-3:30pm (seating times based on availability). $49/person++, Children 12 and under $25/each++, children 3 and under, dine for free.
Easter Brunch Buffet highlights include: A full bakery basket with bagels, Danish, muffins and all the spreads, fresh specialty salads, house smoked salmon display, made to order omelets, cinnamon “French toast” bread pudding, glazed & carved Easter ham, seasonal Florida fruit bounty, sweet bites & more. Kids options available as well.

Chef Michael’s Easter Dinner Highlights (available 4:30pm-9pm): Herb Roasted Diver Scallops served with crushed fingerling potatoes, Braised Lamb Shank with Yukon gold whipped potatoes, heirloom carrot confit, and porcini mushroom “bordelaise”. Don’t forget to end with a sweet treat, order the Neapolitan Ice Cream Cake, vanilla cake layered with chocolate, vanilla & strawberry ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Specialty Sips: Get into the Easter spirit with Thyme in the Garden, Crop Cucumber vodka, thyme, elderflower, lemon juice & Mionetto sparkling topper. Looking for a mocktail? Try our Drop the Beet with beet, lemon & orange juice, ginger, bitters, and mint topped with citrus soda.
