THesis Hotel in Coral Gables is teaming up with bodybylulu for a morning of wellness on Saturday, March 26th from 10 to 11 a.m. on the hotel’s paseo courtyard. Luanna “Lulu” Singh, personal fitness trainer and former Miami Heat dancer,, will lead a full-body, calorie-burning, total body HIIT workout with live music, cocktails, giveaways and more. Guests of all fitness levels are welcome. All attendees who RSVP online in advance will receive a complimentary cocktail voucher for restaurant Mamey on 3rd, the hotel’s buzzing rooftop concept with F&B curated by 4x James Beard nominee, chef Niven Patel.
Guests will begin the workout with a total-body stretch and warm up before moving into a fat burning and muscle-toning circuit. Using body weight, free weights, cardio drills, agility accessories and resistance bands, bodybylulu helps her clients achieve their goals without having to use heavy weights, gym machines or any unnatural movements. Guests are sure to break a sweat!
Cool off after the workout at Mamey Miami for a post-workout lunch before heading up to Mamey On 3rd to redeem your complimentary drink voucher. Menu highlights include the Guava Mojito and Mango Mule, Vietnamese Caesar salad and Coconut Shrimp.
Guests must bring their own yoga mat and RSVP in advance on Eventbrite for $10.
