International Yoga Day Flow and Glow
In honor of International Yoga Day, THesis Hotel Miami will host a guided Vinyasa Flow class on Wednesday, June 21st from 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Shine your light and join certified instructors Bianca Natali & Sarah Leyva under the Paseo Lights for this 60 min all levels yoga class followed by a Savasana meditation. At check-in, all guests will receive a Mindful Affirmations Card Deck from Intelligent Change and complimentary drinks powered by Boxed Water and Odyssey Elixir. To ensure maximum comfort, bring a yoga mat. All ticket donations will go to the instructors. Parking is available in the Hotel Parking Garage or there's street parking available through Pay by Phone around the hotel. Please estimate $3-$9 for parking.
