New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Megan Fairchild joins us in conversation with Steven Caras (photographer and former NYCB dancer) to discuss her recent book The Ballerina Mindset: How to Protect Your Mental Health While Striving for Excellence. Fairchild knows very well how to juggle many responsibilities such as holding the top rank with the largest ballet company in the U.S. and being a mother of three all under the age of four. She does all this with grace and kindness and her infectious humor will inspire ballet fans and those new to the art form alike.
