Miami-based New World Symphony is known as America’s Orchestral Academy. French conductor, Stéphane Denève, was recently named Artistic Director and is the first successor to Michael Tilson Thomas. They will be joined by famed cellist, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, the 24-year-old who catapulted to stardom when he won the prestigious BBC Young Musician award and played at the Royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
