Ring in the new year in a casual yet chic atmosphere for candlelit dinner by the beach in Fort Lauderdale. 3030 Ocean – one of the signature eateries at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort – will offer a six-course tasting menu for New Year’s Eve.

The tasting experience includes blue fin tuna served with kaluga caviar, cured egg yolk, lemongrass consommé; redfish with sour orange condiment, scotch bonnet, sea bean and coral reef; jamon iberico with aged parmesan, gnocchi, and Pedro Ximenez sherry; monkfish with uni blanc, baby fennel, caramel banana, and kaffir lime; and wagyu tenderloin with potato presse, heirloom carrots, caymus bordelaise, and black truffle. For dessert, a tropical panna cotta will be served with white chocolate crumble, passion fruit sponge and raspberry gel.

Available exclusively the evening of Dec. 31 from 6 to 10:30 p.m., the pre-fixe menu is priced at $150 per person. Reservations are recommended and can be made on OpenTable.
