NextGen United: Good for the Heart

United Way of Broward County’s NextGen United to host “Good for the Heart. Good Deeds and Good Times” event on Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

· The event will begin with an energetic and fun workout class led by Kashawn Fraser, Founder of FitnessAtYourDoor.

· Following the workout, participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary cocktail, lite bites and networking at Park & Ocean, a restaurant and garden located inside Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, at 3109 E. Sunrise Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale.

· Attendees are asked to bring an exercise mat, water, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat and jacket.

· Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided for safety measures.

· Pay for parking options are available inside of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and along the beach.

· The first 50 registrants will receive a special gift.

· NextGen United is a network of emerging leaders (35 years old or younger) who share a passion for advancing community solutions in their own backyard. Through networking events, hands-on volunteering opportunities and innovative leadership trainings, NextGen United leverages the power of United Way to connect, serve and grow – both personally and professionally.
