Oceans 234 will host an array of top local chefs as guest stars in the kitchen as part of its 2022 Chef Takeover Series. Kicking it off, is farm-to-table legend, seafood savant and co-owner of DJM Restaurants, Chef Dean Max. From Thursday, January 20th through Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, Chef Max will feature curated dishes made with the freshest ingredients from land and sea.
