Free training runs at Orangetheory Fitness East Boca Raton (10 E. Palmetto Park Road) November 10th - 10 miles, November 17th - 11 miles. All levels welcome.

Event schedule and times: 6:40am Half marathon start, 6:45am 5K Start time!

Awards to top 3 overall, top masters and 3 deep awards in 5 year age groups 14 & under to 70+ in half marathon/5K (5K also 10 & under, 11,14). Top M/F Law enforcement in both races. $5 Five Guys gift card to every award winner in both races! Award top law enforcement M/F in both races. Krispy Kreme donuts to all finishers (5K & Half)! Over $1,000 in Raffle prizes. Moisture wicking t-shirts Half marathon and custom finisher medals (both races) Free healthy breakfast to all participants. 2 person relay division (approx. 6.5 miles each leg). Male/female/coed teams. New 5K Team competition (4 fastest runners/team, 4 male, 4 female or 2 Male/2 Female-teams can be any size but only 4 fastest score). Spanish River Park, Boca Raton.5K - short sleeve tee. 3 hour time limit (13:30 pace). Must run 13:00 pace first 7 miles for guaranteed bridge closure. HALF MARATHON RELAY TEAMS: 1st runner start with half marathon start. Exchange point is on north side of A1A bridge (by Boca Beach Club entrance). You must pass off your wristband to your teammate at the exchange point and both team members must wear wristband though out the race. A van will shuttle the 2nd runner from the start to the exchange at approximately 6:20 and 6:30am and back to the park afterwards.

5K COMPETITIVE TEAMS: MALE,FEMALE AND COED DIVISION. TEAM CAN BE ANY SIZE BUT 4 FASTEST TIMES SCORE (COED MUST BE 2 MALE/2 FEMALE TIMES).
