Each course is perfectly tailored to fit with each sip of wine. Highlights include:
The first course will feature seared foie gras and sous vide oysters paired with the Prunotto Arneis 202.
The second course will start off with Prunotto “Occhetti” Nebbiolo 2020 and be paired with a light but appetizing frisee salad with a truffle vinaigrette.
The third course is a twist on an Italian classic and will feature a duck prosciutto arancini with the Prunotto Barbarsecco 2019.
For the fourth and final course Chef Jai has chosen a duck ballotine to go with two Prunotto wines, the “Bussia” 2006 and 2018.
Finally to bring the meal to a close, rosewater lady fingers will be served for dessert with Averna Amaro which is made from an infusion of aromatic herbs, dried flowers and liquorice.
