Prepare for Miami Art Week madness and join us at The Gates Hotel South Beach for a fusion of yoga, sound healing, and breath work on Saturday, December 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This class is meant to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and balanced.
