The Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) to host Slime Time weekends in July
● Families will have an “ooey-gooey” summer with slime time weekends at MODS in July, which includes activities, exhibits, shows, demos, animal encounters and much more!
o Make-and-take slime, evaluate and compare various versions and discover the differences between slime and Oobleck and everything in between.
o Attend a Guts, Goo and Poo demonstration and discover the awful things our bodies can do, all in keeping everyone safe and healthy by investigating snot, diapers and more!
o Cool Off Liquid Nitrogen Show and learn about slimy creatures, including slugs and frogs.
o Learn what it is to be a chemist or chef by following a recipe, seeing a reaction and giving it your own flair!
● Plus, catch an IMAX film on the GIANT screen!
July 2-3, July 9-10, July 16-17, July 23-24 and July 30-31
Saturdays: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sundays: 12 p.m.-5 p.m.
DETAILS: The Slime Time program is FREE with Museum admission. Tickets can be purchased online at mods.org/tickets or at the Museum’s Box Office upon arrival.
