Waterfront Workout: Meditation + Yoga = Peace

Waterstone Resort & Marina will be hosting a waterfront workout that will be led by Athleta FitPros, Alex Rachel and Piero Falchi. Celebrating September National Yoga Month, the pros will take participants through a gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation class. There will be complimentary fresh fruit, as well as a 20% off one item at the Athleta pop-up shop. Participants also have the option for a $20 resort buffet breakfast and can enter a raffle with prizes from Athleta, the Yoga Studio and Waterstone.
