Cousins Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad and Nizar Ahmad dreamed of opening a restaurant and even came up with the concept at a backyard barbecue.
In 2010 they launched Pincho, a fast, casual restaurant known for its burgers, kebabs, plates, bowls and more. Their first eatery, located in an off the beaten path in Westchester, caught on – and today they’re celebrating not only 10 years in business but 10 thriving locations in Miami Dade and Broward Counties.

“We are truly blessed to have been so embraced by the community,” says Othman in a press release. “We have an amazing team that works very hard each day to make sure we deliver great food and service but even with that it comes down to our guests and how happy we make them. We’re thrilled to be celebrating 10 years and hope to have 10 more on the horizon.”
Along the way they won several awards – including two wins at the annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Burger Bash – the most recent being in 2019.
On their versatile menu: Pipo’s Choice Burger: a patty smothered with Applewood smoked bacon, smoked gouda, fried sweet plantain bits, grilled onions, potato sticks and guava ketchup.
