There’s always something new to love about The Breakers Palm Beach.
The latest addition? Henry’s Palm Beach, “showcasing elevated comfort food with character and a hint of nostalgia,” according to a press release.
American favorites take center stage at the 4,200-square-foot eatery, named after the resort’s founder, Henry Morrison Flagler. The menu ranges from raw bar offerings and fresh fish to handhelds and USDA Prime beef. Daily specials include classics such as Chicken Pot Pie and Beef Wellington.
The signature dishes are just as tempting, including Pigs in a Pretzel Dough Blanket, served with a warm pilsner-cheese fondue; the Tavern Twin Patty Burger, topped with craft cheddar and house sauce; and the Butter Crumb Dover Sole, accompanied by a side of creamy rice grits and tartar sauce.
Libations are enticing, too, including local, artisanal beers; a curated wine list; and cocktails like the Cucumber Mint (with Tito’s Vodka, Prosecco, cucumber and mint simple syrup), the Hurricane (light and dark aged Caribbean rum, Chinola, fresh orange and lime, agave and grenadine) and the Negroni (Nolet’s Gin, Campari and Carpano Antica Vermouth).
“As the newcomer to the island’s social dining scene and The Breakers’ soon-to-be 10th restaurant, Henry’s Palm Beach is inspired by its location on Royal Poinciana Way, known as Palm Beach’s original Main Street,” says Nick Velardo, vice president of food and beverage – restaurants – at The Breakers, in a press release. “Building on that legacy, this approachable culinary concept reflects the same timeless American spirit, where people gather as a community to enjoy a meal and socialize among friends, family and neighbors.”
Henry’s Palm Beach is located at 229 Royal Poinciana Way. For more information, call 561-206-1896.
