Husband-and-wife culinary couple Cesar Olivo and Adriana Perez Benatar, along with her brother Samuel Perez Benatar, recently opened their latest restaurant concept Petite Comité featuring an eclectic mix of Scandinavian, French and Asian cuisine. The trio is also behind Reunion Ktchn Bar and Blind Tiger in Aventura and Korner 67 in Miami Lakes. The Japandi-inspired concept offers both lunch and dinner as well as brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the weekend.
Sushi rolls, Wagyu sliders and scallop tartare showcase the diversity found on the lunch menu. The dinner menu features Swedish calamari, pork stroganoff and Wellington tenderloin, to name a few. Gruyere omelet sliders and Nikkei tenderloin with cherry tomatoes, onions and truffle fries, along with bottomless mimosas are available for brunch.
On Monday through Friday, from 3 to 7 pm, House Oyster Happy Hour is available, featuring 50% off bubbly and sake drinks, as well as $2 house oysters.
“We hope to provide an immersive experience in a space that feels casual, inviting and familiar. A menu that is a mix of creative interpretations, flavors from each culture meticulously selected to enjoy. Service that is effortless, yet polished,” says Adriana Benatar. “The food, like the design, is artful but always delicious, each dish created to work in tandem with others, a mosaic of flavors that create an enticing and palate-pleasing whole.”
The 1,500 square-foot restaurant in Miami’s Edgewater community, seats about 80 people.
