Chef Antonio Bachour
Pastry chef turned restaurateur Antonio Bachour has added to his stable of eateries with his eponymous Tablé by Bachour, which recently opened in Miami’s Design District. His other Florida Bachour locations are in Coral Gables and Doral. The new restaurant features 5,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor seating, as well as a bar with the soul of a classic Parisian brasserie, but with a modern sheen.
Bachour, who grew up and honed his craft in Puerto Rico, says his latest creation was inspired by Parisian brasserie cuisine with a mix of Miami and Lebanese influences.
“Classic technique and French flavors and textures have been a huge part of my career and helped build my reputation. Tablé is an evolution of that and should bring something truly special to Miami, which is now a serious ‘food city’ in its own right,” says Bachour.
The restaurant serves lunch, weekend brunch and dinner with a menu that has something for everyone. Stop in for lobster flatbread with stracciatella and bacon or select from an array of sandwiches for lunch. The dinner menu features Black Grouper Barigoule, Green Circle Whole Chicken or Côte de Beouf, both for two.
Don’t forget to check out the craft cocktails with names such as Pulp Friction, On the Contrary and Pinky Promise. The dessert menu is to die for, featuring Camembert Cheesecake, Vanilla Bean Millefeuille and much more!
In the cafe you will find, brewed-to-order coffee and espresso, an array of baked goods, Jamón Iberico carved-to-order and a grab-and-go market.
Tablé by Bachour is located at 180 NE 40th St., Miami. For more information, visit tablebachour.com.
