Pizza lovers, listen up. Old Greg’s Pizza, the pop-up that took Miami by storm during the start of the pandemic, has a permanent home.
Located in the Design District at the former Ghee Indian Kitchen space, Old Greg’s Pizza serves up nostalgic charm (think vinyl records and more) along with a “Dough Room” offering an up-close view of the sights and aroma of freshly baked pizza, bread and baked goods.
Known for its square pies, the eatery also dishes up the round version in original Cheese, the O.G. Roni, Veggie Supreme, ‘Shroomz and the Vegan Supreme.
Also on the menu: Polenta-Crusted Chicken Wings and meatballs made with a mixture of veal shoulder, pork cheek, brisket, then topped with fresh ricotta and served with a freshly-baked loaf of bread.
The larger space means more offerings, including a a new lineup of hoagie sandwiches with a focus on Italian American combinations like Chicken Parm, Cheesesteak and Chicken Caesar.
